The data you share through "Tabs" is stored locally on your device or in the cloud used by us (it reaches to our cloud only when u share manually, by click of some button). We donot store your data permanenetly on our cloud, the data gets deleted/overwritten when the user reshares. We do not use, access, or process this data for any purposes other than providing you with the data sharing functionality of the app. We do not track, or monitor the contents of the data you transfer using the app. However we are bound to share the data with the government authorities in case they demand.

Temporary Storage and Overwriting of Shared Data

When you use "Tabs" to share data, please note that we do not store the shared data permanently on our servers or infrastructure. The data you share through the app is temporarily stored to facilitate the transfer process between your devices. Additionally, if you choose to reshare the data using "Tabs", the previously shared data will be overwritten. This means that only the most recent version of the data will be accessible through the link generated by the service. We do not retain any historical versions of shared data, and once the data transfer is complete or overwritten, the temporary storage of that data is immediately removed from our systems.

We have taken measures to ensure that the data shared through cyclic.sh and the AWS S3 cloud bucket is securely handled, and we have no partnerships or agreements that involve sharing user data with external entities. Your data privacy and confidentiality remain of utmost importance to us. Rest assured that the data stored in the AWS S3 cloud bucket is solely for the purpose of enabling efficient data transfers between your devices and is not accessed, used, or shared by us or any other party. We do not have any partnerships that involve data sharing. And by using the service you agree to point number 7 of this privacy policy.

When using "Tabs - Extension", "Tabs - Website" and "Tabs" and its associated data sharing service, please be aware that the link generated to access the shared data is public. By using the service, you agree that anyone with the link can access the shared data without any further authentication or restrictions.
